1. Log In to Your Account

Visit the website and click “My Account” → “Orders”.
2. Select the Order

Locate the order you wish to cancel and click “View”.
3. Request Cancellation

If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, and the store allows order cancellations, you will see a “Cancel Order” button.

Click it and confirm—the system will notify the store.

If the button is not visible, the store does not allow self-service cancellations. Instead, contact the store directly (via the “Contact” option on the order page, email, or phone).

Orders marked as “Completed” or “Shipped” cannot be canceled by customers.
